🤰🏻Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful way to feel more relaxed about things. It can help us feel empowered when it comes to making choices about our bodies and our babies, but more than this, Yoga provides us with a space whereby we can listen and connect deeply to our intuition - something we rely heavily on as mothers.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, Pregnancy Yoga will help you to:
✨ Meet other women on this journey, and share in any feelings or experiences you might want some reassurance or support on
✨ Practice postures and gentle Yoga sequences that will keep you strong and supple during your pregnancy
✨ Learn breathing techniques that can carry you through labour and birth
✨ Provide some time and space for you to bond with your growing baby in your womb
During this time we need to give ourselves and our bodies as much nurture and love as we can possibly muster.
🤱🏻 Mummy and Baby yoga - Suitable from postnatal check-up, and for non-walking babies.
✨ Fill up your own cup by giving yourself a bit of time to stretch, flow and breathe, whilst spending some quality time with baby
✨ Encouraging baby’s motor and sensory development
✨ Connect with other mums and create a sense of the village we so desperately need as mothers
✨ Promote a feeling of peace and calm when things can get a bit much!
