A welcoming and supportive class for post partum mums looking to gently rebuild strength, improve posture and aid recovery after birth.

Using mindful breathing techniques, you'll reconnect with your diaphragm and pelvic floor, release tension, and activate deep abdominal muscles. Movements are safe, effective and tailored to your postnatal needs - helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and ready for the everyday demands of motherhood.

No previous Pilates experience needed. Exercises are adapted for your individual needs and stage of recovery as well as an opportunity to connect with other mums, and all this with your baby by your side.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW....

Duration of class: 50 minutes
Bring a mat if you have one though spares available if not.
A towel/blanket for your baby and anything they need to be comfy - feeding, cuddles and naps are all part of the class.
Work at your own pace - the class is for you!
Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings and a t-shirt.
You can be barefoot or may wear socks with a grippy sole.
There is space at the hall for buggies and car seats or there is a large playmat for baby.
All classes are breastfeeding friendly.
There are changing facilities available on site.
There is onsite parking available.
Easy pram access to hall.
