As a doula I offer individual prenatal support throughout your pregnancy to a one off session with a specific focus. I also offer full birth doula support.

About

I am a mother of three beautiful children, Doula, and Yoga teacher. I have completed a BSc in Midwifery, 200hr Yoga Teacher training and a Doula course and mentorship programme with Conscious Birthing.
This type of work is a calling and for me it happened very early, I have spent my entire career supporting families and birthing people. I started my midwifery training in 1997 which led to 17 years working as a midwife in the NHS. In 2015 I completed 200hrs yoga teacher training and began teaching Pregnancy yoga, Mum and Baby yoga and Yoga classes for women in Kirkintilloch and Cumbernauld area. In 2017 I felt inspired to sign up for a doula course which was truly life changing and firmly put me on the life path to where I am now. I left my midwifery career and embarked on life as a doula and yoga teacher that same year. By doing so I was able to offer the type of pregnancy and birth support I always wanted. As a doula I offer non-judgemental and caring support and help you to realise all the tools you need for a positive birth are already within you. My yoga classes provide a friendly and welcoming community of like-minded individuals all on their own yoga journey. I believe yoga is for everyone and I provide a safe feminine space for all.
