What Baby Massage (Nurture Services) says

Our Baby Massage course is a mix of Swedish and Indian massage, with a some Reflexology, Yoga, and Breath work to relax and centre you. We pride ourselves on SMALL, exclusively baby led classes, with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Plus ample opportunities to chat to other parents. Benefits of Massage includes:

For Babies - Improves muscle tone, brain function, co-ordination, body awareness, relaxation, sleep.
For Parents - Improves bonding, connection with baby. An increase in parenting confidence, reduce stress & depression.

Each week learning different massage strokes. After class PDF Handouts are emailed to you, covering strokes covered in class - in an easy-to-follow step by step guide. Plus a WhatsApp group to get to know others in class.

Classes Offered:
(1) 4 Week Course @ All Saints Church - Tooting.
(2) ONLINE OPTIONS: (a) 4 week Course - Mondays & Fridays @ 4pm. (b) Colic routine - Single Class

About

Rehana is a trained baby massage instructor (International Association of Infant Massage). She brings lots of experience both as an experienced parent of 3 teenagers, knowledge, experience from her other jobs, as a Birth and Postnatal Doula, and Antenatal Instructor. She is passionate about providing support and services for parents in the early days of parenting. She will also provide classes for small groups at their home (minimum of 4 persons), please contact her via email - look for Small Group Option under classes to email her.
