This class is for you and baby to do together. Move, breathe, stretch and be together in a friendly, supportive environment. Baby can explore their new world safe in your company, and you get to give some care and attention to your mind and body, after birth, and as you get on with your new life as a parent.
Special summer classes for you and baby to attend as and when you can in August. Drop in for one class, or sign up for more than one for a third off the class fee.
