CGW FAMILY FITNESS

Join us for a fun play session for both parents and toddlers to explore our range of equipment encouraging early movement and balance skills.

Children are welcome to explore our obstacle course that changes every week, gymnastics equipment, soft foam pit, baby soft play, mountain blocks, spider wall, bars, range of soft shapes, bouncy tumble track and our brand new Under 5's Adventure Play area filled up shapes to scramble on, up, over and under!

Parents are encouraged to explore the equipment with their child at their own leisure and our coaches are on hand to offer advice and ideas of games and progressions. Our cafe will be open selling hot and cold drinks, hot food, snacks, whippy ice cream and cake!
