CONNECTING MUMS

Motherhood was never a transition we were meant to navigate on our own - yet the days can feel long and lonely, and with the very high expectations many mums tend to place upon themselves it can be easy to feel like you're getting it all wrong! Connecting Mums sessions are a weekly chance to sit with other local mums, share experiences and local knowledge, a supportive listening ear and create a local community.

We meet at relaxed and comfortable venues where you can get a nice hot drink (or something stronger!), and I always have play mats and toys out for the babies if you'd like to lie or sit them down for a bit. Sometimes just getting out the house and being around other mums can be just what we need, especially after a bad night’s sleep!
