As well as feeding-focused antenatal groups designed for expectant mums who want to dive deeper into breastfeeding topics, connect with other women, and build confidence before their baby arrives.
If you would like to learn at your own pace, I have online guides and courses so you can empower yourself with the knowledge and skills you need to feel confident in your feeding journey.

About

I’m Nicola, founder of Feed and Nourish, and just like many parents, I’ve faced my fair share of struggles when it comes to feeding my little one, Little T. Our journey wasn’t an easy one—it was full of challenges, ups and downs, and a lot of lessons learned along the way. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other families avoid or overcome similar difficulties.

With a background in advice and problem-solving, I retrained as an Infant Feeding Coach to combine my personal experience with professional expertise. I’ve felt first-hand how overwhelming it can be to navigate feeding choices, whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing both, and I’m here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
