Our First Aid Playgroup is a relaxed and welcoming session designed for parents and carers to learn essential baby and child first aid while their little ones play. We know how busy life can be, so we’ve created a space where you can gain lifesaving skills without the need for childcare!

During the session, you’ll learn how to handle common childhood emergencies, including:
✅ Recovery positions & when to seek medical help
✅ CPR & choking for babies children and adults
✅ How to manage burns, bumps & bleeds
✅ Febrile seizures & allergic reactions
✅ How to assess and manage childhood illnesses

All sessions are friendly and hands-on, ensuring you leave feeling confident and prepared. Babies and toddlers are welcome to play alongside you in a safe environment while you learn.
