Join Founder Chloe Morant for a half price, introductory mat Pilates class suitable for all levels, including beginners! Challenge yourself with a full-body, toning and conditioning workout. Bring your baby along too and come join our supportive little community!
Specialising in beginner to intermediate level classes. My approach seamlessly combines a mixture of classic and contemporary Pilates styles for a fun, dynamic session. I can offer 1-2-1 individually-tailored sessions as well so feel free to ask for further details.
There is baby changing available onsite, easy access to the carpark and plenty of space in the room to park your buggy. We strive to create a calm, chilled environment so feel free to drop out whenever you need to feed, change, etc.
About
What is Ikigai Pilates? ‘Ikigai’ is the Japanese term for living a long & happy life through purpose. My aim is to help you find yours through Pilates flow & mindfulness.
When people suffer extreme trauma, they become fixated on all the different methods to self soothe and ultimately nullify the pain. This is where my journey towards “spiritual enlightenment” began, just over four years ago after my dear mum passed away. I’d always been an avid yoga/Pilates person (having practiced it in my personal life for well over 10 years), but I hadn’t even considered it as a plausible career move, until now.
The truth is, I love my job, and I know it’s an incredible privilege to be in a position to make that statement. To be able to truly help people work towards and achieve their fitness goals, cultivating their mind-body connection and feeling themselves getting stronger each session is such a pleasure!
