Ivy Lou Yoga can't wait to welcome you to Baby Yoga Bridgend. A time to switch off from the rest of the world and have time for just you and baby to bond, relax, stretch out the stresses of being a new mum and connect with other mums too.

About

Ivy Lou Yoga was created by me, Kas, after I had my third child, Ivy. I attended a mother and baby yoga class and not only did I enjoy but I found that I bonded with baby Ivy so well at yoga. I decided to train as a mother and baby yoga instructor and then toddler yoga and children's yoga up to aged 7.

Ivy is now two and loves practising yoga on her own yoga mat next to me.
