My essential experience in pre-birth preparation is my 5-week Antenatal Programme. It comprises five 2-hour classes run in the evening in Sleaford. We cover important topics including the third trimester, signs of labour, pain relief, induction of labour, your choices and autonomy, birth and the first few weeks of life with your new baby. Every class has plenty of time for your questions and an opportunity to get to know other new parents in your area as well as an optional postnatal meet-up.
