What Mamam Fit says

Our postpartum fitness classes are designed to support mums in safely rebuilding strength, mobility and confidence after birth. Each week you’ll get a balance of sessions that cover both recovery and progression:

- 2 mobility sessions - Focussed on pelvic floor, core reconnection, posture and easing common tightness. These sessions help you restore the fundamentals - balance and move more comfortable day to day.

- 2 workout sessions - strength based, progressive workouts that rebuild full-body strength, stamina and confidence. Exercises are adapted to your recovery stage and energy levels, so you can safely push forward at your own pace.

You’ll not only feel fitter and stronger but also supported in a welcoming space with other mums who get it. Babies are always welcome and the focus is on building a foundation for lasting results - it’s not about “bouncing back.”
