What Mindfully Hannah says
Mindfully Hannah is primarily a wellbeing resource aimed at women in particular. Founded by Dr Hannah Tribe MBBS BSc DipBSoM (read more about me below!), Mindfully Hannah currently offers online meditation classes, with sessions designed for everyone as well as sessions specifically for pregnancy and for mums.
If you would like to learn about meditation in a more detailed way, including an in-depth look at 4 different types of meditation, explanations of the benefits of meditation including the scientific evidence for them, and understanding how meditation can fit into your life with plenty of guided examples, MH has produced a self-paced online course which can be found via the website.
