What Miranda Jane Yoga says

Miranda Jane Yoga offers weekly pregnancy yoga classes to help you feel calm and confident throughout your pregnancy and as you approach the birth of your baby.
Classes run as a six week programme or a single class drop in is available if you prefer to book week-by-week.
The yoga postures and transitions are designed specifically for second and third trimester and aim to keep you mobile throughout your pregnancy as well as easing any aches, pains and common symptoms. Much of the movement is gentle and nurturing for the pregnant body and some is designed to strengthen and build endurance to support preparation for birth.
In each class you will also be introduced to a practical hypnobirthing technique that you can practice during the session. These include breathing techniques, visualisation, affirmations and more.

You do not need any yoga background to join and experience the benefits of this practice during your pregnancy.
