Mumma's Got Moves offers a beginner dance class specifically designed for parents and caregivers.

This class provides a unique opportunity l you and your child to relax, connect, and move in unison. Babies can be comfortably secured in slings, held, or positioned nearby.

No prior dance experience is required. The movements are low-impact, accessible, and designed for ease of participation.

These sessions focus on fostering a love for movement, mastering fundamental dance techniques, and exploring diverse dance styles and music.
