Baby massage is an interactive course, held over 5 consecutive weeks, to help you connect, soothe and relax with your baby. It is designed for babies from 8 weeks to crawling.
During the course, you will learn strokes for the whole of your baby's body, helping you to get to know them. You can then continue practicing at home.
The classes are small and friendly so you will have time to get to know the other parents.
Courses are regularly held near Beaconsfield Old Town, at the United Reformed Church Hall, Crabtree Close, Holtspur, HP9 1UQ on a Tuesday Free parking available.
The course costs £55 for 5 week course, each session lasts 1 hour.
