ADRENALIN DANCE PRODUCTIONS

Romp and Roll is East london's original adult and toddler dance class . A 45 minute session of great music with simple ideas ,games and suggestions to get everybody moving in Clapton E5. At its core the class is an introduction to rhythm ,musicality and coordination where everybody does everything together . Take your socks off and be prepared to roll on the floor , slither like a snake and roar like a lion .Strictly no kiddy tunes .

Please come dressed to move both on and off the floor , upside down and standing up, no tights, we dance barefeet .Be prepared, this class can be loud you are expected to dance and partner with your child .
