Amazing rejuvenation evening for MOTHERS ONLY with :

  1. Relaxing music / Meditation / Singing bowls
  2. Face masks (ready made, no need to put your hands in muddy mixing stuff!)
  3. Massage guns available
  4. Fruit & Veg platter with dips
  5. Mum talk in a friendly relaxing atmosphere

This mothers only eveving is NEW, weekly, and has limited spaces.

Sessions are FREE OF CHARGE and in partnership with the Public Health in Hertfordshire and Watford County Council.
