Our last Balham Pilates Brunch was full of energy, sweat and connection - and we’re doing it one more time before summer! 🧘‍♀️✨

We’re teaming up again with Busylizzy Balham for a morning that’s just for you. A chance to move, breathe and meet other mums who get it.

Your ticket includes:

- 40 mins of feel-good, postnatal Pilates with the amazing Liane (yes, she brings the energy and yes, you’ll feel it the next day 👏)

- A relaxed, baby-friendly space where little ones can crawl, coo or nap while you focus on yourself

- A delicious brunch at The Bedford including a hot drink (or a cold one!)

And most importantly? Time to chat, laugh and connect with local parents - you never know where a conversation might lead.
