Join us for a chilled hour which is all about supporting new mums. This is a safe space where we can discuss everything from birth to post birth to breastfeeding to new baby and mama care. We have experts coming in from sleep specialists, post natal wellbeing practitioners, breast feeding advisors, etc… very chilled in a fab, central swansea location with great coffee and cake too!! A great way to build your friendship group and share experience

We are super chilled and friendly. There is plenty of space for prams, an easy changing area in a disabled toilet and lots of lovely food and drink available
