Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, "flow" style of yoga that connects breath with movement, seamlessly transitioning between postures to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Often called "meditation in motion," this practice offers unique, varied sequences that can be physically challenging or, in some cases, slow and meditative.
Our Infrared heat warms the muscles for more flexibility and to release toxins.
