Description
This class offers gentle yoga poses for new mothers with interactive stretches, songs, and massage for their babies, focusing on postnatal recovery (core, pelvic floor, back) for mum, developmental benefits (sleep, digestion, motor skills) for baby, and creating a supportive community for parents to bond and relax together in a baby-led, welcoming environment.
- Physical Recovery: Strengthens core, abdominal, and pelvic floor muscles; improves posture; releases tension in neck/shoulders.

We have space for prams and pushchairs. Mums are welcome to breastfeed and change baby during the class. Please don't worry if baby cries because the teacher is trained to incorporate baby into the practice and teach baby walks around the room to settle baby. Baby can equally sleep in pram if needs be or next to the mat.
