Pregnancy Pilates is a low-impact, modified exercise program focusing on strengthening the deep core, pelvic floor, and back muscles to support a growing belly, reduce discomfort, and improve posture. It uses controlled, breath-led movements to maintain fitness, aid in labor preparation, and assist in postpartum recovery.
