Description

Session begins with a coach-led warm-up on the floor area including activities such as hand apparatus and songs followed by two circuits of gymnastic skills using exciting equipment such as the trampoline, beam, bars and rings. GymTots work towards core gymnastic skills including handstands, rolls, balances and shape jumps.
