BASKING BABIES

Learn a comprehensive baby massage routine on a weekly basis which is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. The routine uses both Indian and Swedish massage techniques and reflexology and the course also covers colic prevention and alleviation as well as settling techniques. Enjoy spending quality time during the course bonding with your baby and have the confidence and knowledge to apply what you have learned at home. Suitable for babies from birth until crawling.

💛 What to Expect 

A 5-week baby massage course (suitable from birth to actively crawling) designed to help you bond, relax, and feel confident using soothing touch to support your baby’s wellbeing. 

Each class includes: 

• A welcoming, baby-led space – come as you are 

• Printed handouts to support you at home 

• A small, supportive group setting 

• Refreshments for you to enjoy 

• Time to chat, ask questions, and connect with other Mums 

Each week builds on the last, creating a full-body massage routine by the end of the course: 

Week 1: Leg massage 

Week 2: Tummy massage & colic routine 

Week 3: Chest, arms & face 

Week 4: Back massage 

Week 5: Full routine recap & time to revisit anything missed
