Description

This is an art therapy support group aimed at supporting and connecting new mothers in their early experience's of motherhood. Coming together with openness and empathy to express ourselves creatively in order to explore our understanding of ourselves and the new roles we find ourselves in.

This is an Art therapy session so you need to be in a private room and have art materials that you would like to use for the session ready. If you are unsure of what to bring please let me know and we can discuss.
