• Learn how to stay calm, even if things don’t go to plan
• Feel confident asking questions and making decisions that feel right for you
• Get your birth partner prepped to really support you

You don’t have to be super zen.

You don’t need to meditate for 45 minutes a day.

And you definitely don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need a space that helps you feel calmer, clearer and more confident. That’s what this class is for.
