Come just as you are and join us for a calm, welcoming space for new parents and their little ones. This is a relaxed, drop-in hour to connect with others in the early days of parenthood, share stories, find reassurance, and enjoy a moment of peace, with a warm drink in hand.

Hosted by two local doulas, this free weekly gathering offers gentle support, listening ears, and a sense of community with people who truly understand what these early days can feel like.

If you simply need to sit down, exhale and drink your tea while it’s still warm - we’re here for that too. We’re always happy to hold your baby while you take a moment for yourself.
