Boogie, bond and blossom in joyful creative movement sessions for parents and babies up to 18 months. Using rhythm, music and play, each session inspires wellbeing, exploration and meaningful connection.
The sessions naturally flow between uplifting and energising, and gentle and calming. We encourage self-expression and allowing you and your baby to blossom.
Expect self-care, self-expression and flow for yourself, creative discovery with your baby, all in a nurturing and vibrant space. Feed, change, and rest whenever you need. No experience needed. Come as you are.
Cafe is baby friendly, space for buggies and baby changing available. Cafe open 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. Coffe & food available, Stay & Play for little ones
