In my classes, I aim to create a warm, relaxed environment where parents and carers can feel completely at ease. There’s no pressure to have a “perfect” session—babies cry, feed, nap, wriggle, and demand attention, and all of that is welcome. My role is to support you at your pace, offer clear and gentle guidance, and make sure you leave feeling empowered and connected, not overwhelmed.

In my classes you’ll find a space where your baby’s cues are honoured and your own needs are respected. Many families tell me that beyond learning massage techniques, they treasure the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy dedicated bonding time without distractions.

My teaching draws on accredited IAIM infant massage methods, with an emphasis on responsive parenting, respectful communication, and the importance of tuning into your baby’s unique rhythms. I also incorporate simple relaxation techniques for adults, because supporting caregivers is just as important as nurturing little ones. When you feel calm, confident, and present, your baby feels it too.

I welcome all families—first-time parents, solo parents, experienced parents, LGBTQ+ parents, adoptive parents, carers, and anyone else who wants to build a loving connection with the baby in their care. My classes are intentionally inclusive, gentle, and judgement-free. I believe that every family’s journey is individual and valid, and I’m here to support you with encouragement and warmth.
