Buggyfit is an outdoor postnatal class aimed at toning your mummy body, losing your baby weight and feeling yourself again. You bring your little one in the buggy allowing you to find time to exercise. Suitable from 6weeks postnatal.You must have completed your 6week GP checkup before joining a class.No special buggy required a Buggyfit is a fun, motivating workout getting you out of the house and meeting some like-minded mummies. Your first Buggyfit taster class = £6 After your taster session Buggyfit is £24 for a 4 week month. Booking is essential due to restricted numbers
