Postnatal yoga is designed to align body, improve posture, promote well-being and strengthen the core and lower back – essential after giving birth.
Suitable for all fitness levels and mums from 6 weeks post-birth, this class incorporates relaxing stretches for you as well as Baby Yoga moves, singing and distraction techniques for you and your baby, to get the absolute most out of the class.
Please bring with you:

- A clean muslin or blanket, to keep your little one comfortable.
