Description
The toddlers will first be asked to run whilst circus music is playing. They will then be jumping from a stool into crash mats. This exercise is to help build spatial awareness and strength. The toddlers will perform a few moves on the trapeze under the constant supervision of the teacher. There will be some work done on the floor including more jumps and roly-pollies.
Trapeze helps toddlers with coordination, concentration, self-confidence, and overall strength.
