Our next 4 week term of Tree Babies classes starts on Wednesday 30th April at Wepre Park.

• The classes are a fantastic opportunity to spend time in nature with your baby - it’s never too young to cultivate a love of the outdoors and foster a connection with the wonders of our planet.

• Tree Babies classes also give you the time and space to slow down, connect with your baby and re-connect with yourself. We practice mindfulness and simple breathwork activities that will calm you and ground you in the present moment.

• Together with your baby you can explore all of your senses - using the natural environment as your guide - and experience Forest Bathing, which has been shown to improve immune function and reduce stress.

• We also craft, drink tea and socialise around the campfire - the original place of human connection and stories.

• Carry your baby in a sling or carrier for as much of the session as you’d like to. You can use a pram if you prefer. As a babywearing consultant, I’ll be able to help you get your sling/carrier safe and comfy if needed (and you and borrow one for the class).

• Tree Babies is suitable for babies up to around 12 months old, along with a parent or caregiver. Very mobile babies may prefer Nature Tots Forest School sessions - please ask if you aren’t sure which would suit you best.

Classes run 12.45-2.15pm and must be booked as a block - cost is £34.
