Description
Before you get to exercising post-partum it's so important to build strong foundations. Realigning the spine takes time after pregnancy but gentle regular movements go a long way to alleviate tension, aches and pains, and help you feel stronger again.
This practice focuses on building strength back in to the pelvic floor and bringing the core back together safely whilst realigning the spine and releasing tension in the shoulders.
Exercises are designed specifically for postpartum and mums doing the heavy lifting of baby from the floor, pram, cot, car seat, high chair on a daily. Leave this class standing taller, feeling stronger and having connected with other mothers.
This class is in a boutique yoga studio in a serene garden setting - because why shouldn't you enjoy a little luxury.
