A fun filled body blast session done like a circuit class. The exercises will move around the room and then you have a time limit to do with that exercise. Please take your time with the exercises, and listen to your body. If baby needs you then feel free to hold them, cuddle them or feed them. The class is relaxed and family friendly ❤️
