FLEX FLOURISH FLOW

A safe space to practise yoga while your little ones play around you.

Berni will guide you through some gentle moves focussing on your posture, core and pelvic floor as she provides an atmosphere that calms your child.

Wooden toys, books and puppets will keep them busy before they run through tunnels under your warrior moves!

Suitable for new mamas, those with twins and those bringing more than one child - there will be something for everyone! Soon your children will be joining in with simple moves, practising self regulation techniques and relaxing alongside you.

At the end of the session, a head massage will be offered before the chance to have a warm drink and a biscuit.

You will leave feeling focussed, calm and part of a village of support.
