Baby Massage Classes – Nurture, Bond, RelaxA calm, welcoming space to slow down, connect, and support your baby’s development through gentle, nurturing touch.In each 4-week course, you’ll learn baby-led massage routines that help with bonding, sleep, digestion, colic, and overall well-being. Sessions include relaxation for parents, guided massage, and time to connect with others.Massage strokes are introduced step-by-step each week, focusing on different body areas. You’ll go at your baby’s pace — feeding, changing, sleeping or crying during class is always okay.Perfect for babies from birth to around 6–9 months (pre-crawling).Led by a certified instructor, these classes offer more than technique: they provide connection, support, and friendship for you, too.What to bring: a towel/blanket and your changing bag.
