Designed specifically for postnatal recovery, this warm and welcoming 90-minute workshop with lymphatic health expert Carli Wheatley blends breathwork, gentle movement, and targeted self-massage to help restore your body’s natural rhythm after birth.
This workshop focuses on resetting the lymphatic system—your body’s built-in detox and drainage network—to reduce bloating, support breast health, and regulate hormones gently and effectively.
You’ll be guided through:

This is a baby-welcoming space—come exactly as you are, whether you're feeding, soothing, or simply needing to reconnect with yourself. The session takes place in a gently heated (not infrared) studio to ensure both mama and baby stay comfortable.
