Description

Baby yoga is a lovely way of bonding with your baby while also making time for yourself after birth! These 45 minute classes are either one-to-one, or two-to-one (so two parents and babies, plus me) and are held at my house in Isleworth. If you'd like to explore other times do message me as we can find a daytime slot that works for both of us.

Amy has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She loved doing baby yoga with her own two children and is a certified baby and postnatal yoga teacher.
