Description
This class is designed for older children who would like to learn intermediate gymnastics skills, with a particular focus on rhythmic gymnastics elements.
Here children will learn more complex skills and they will be taught gymnastics routines on music, allowing them to remember and execute small sequences.
In some cases, younger children with some gymnastics experience or particular potential will be selected by the coach to join this group.
