HATHA MAMA YOGA

Take time for yourself with a gentle yoga session on Saturday mornings. Classes are small and tailored to meet everyone's ability. No previous yoga experience needed. Trial class available for £5.

Practicing yoga can help you relax and stay fit throughout pregnancy and can also help you prepare for birth through physical movement, breathing and meditation. Connect with your baby and meet other local mums to be. Suitable during pregnancy from 14 weeks onwards.

Please bring a yoga mat with you and complete the health declaration form prior to attending.

If you need a yoga mat please let me know beforehand and I will bring a spare.

Please note if you book a block of five classes these can also be carried over to the mum and baby class if you do not use all the sessions before your little one arrives.

**The session takes place in room 1 please press the buzzer room 1 when entering the building. There is a different yoga class in the hall please do not press the hall buzzer as this disturbs the class press room 1 buzzer only**
