Description

Our FREE Starting Solids workshops are aimed for parents who have babies aged 0-6 months who are yet to embark on the exciting, yet sometimes daunting journey of starting solid foods. 

During our 2 hour workshop we cover everything from how to recognise your baby is ready to start solid foods, ideal first foods to introduce to your baby, starting solids safely along with some tips and ideas to help make starting solids an enjoyable and stress free experience for all. 

This workshop is for Parents/Carers who live in the Borough of Croydon.
