Description
We’re so excited to launch Nature in Nature: Baby Yoga 
Join us for a gentle and supportive space where you and your little one (from 7+ weeks to pre-crawlers) can enjoy:
Simple stretches, holds & walks
Gentle breathwork & relaxation
Connection with other parents and of course, your baby 
Location: Activity Centre, Ulverscroft Manor, LE67 9PH
Time: 9:30 – 10:30 AM
Dates: Wednesdays – 29th Oct, 5th Nov, 19th Nov & 26th Nov
£40 for the block
Bring along your yoga mat and a soft blanket
This class is suitable for complete beginners and dedicated yogis!
