30 mins yoga - 15 mins social time with the residents

(Yes, babies AND local residents moving, stretching, and connecting – it’s as special as it sounds 🥹💜)

✨ These sessions are all about gentle movement, bonding time, social fun, and giving your baby the chance to explore yoga in their own little way.
