Creative Calm is a parent-and-child group brand new to Bath.
Our sessions are a clever mix of creative activities and easy-to-apply emotional skills to help you enjoy parenthood more, and your children to develop self-regulation.
- Help your children build the confidence to engage with life, manage change, and tolerate frustration better
- Facilitate more cooperation, less defiance, and fewer meltdowns in your home
- Cut through the overwhelm of everything feeling “too much" and enjoy this phase of life more

I look forward to welcoming you to our classes! Please don’t worry about your children crying or disrupting things, or you walking in late when it’s been one of those days - it’s all welcome here. Please ensure you book sibling tickets so I can be prepared with the right amount of creative materials. If you don’t want one of your children to have their own (eg. your baby will just share your toddler’s creation) then there is no need to book a sibling ticket.
