A space for Mum's to exercise with their babies in a motivational group setting, building on supportive social connections. Workouts adapted for postpartum recovery to help new Mum's to reconnect with their bodies after childbirth and to help strengthen them physically and mentally for parenthood.

This group is suitable for up to walkers

Mums must have had their 6 week post-natal check
