Description
A welcoming space for Mum’s to exercise with their babies in a supportive and motivational group setting, building strong social connections. This is a beginners-friendly class focused on gentle, low-impact exercise, with workouts carefully adapted for postpartum recovery. Sessions are designed to help new Mum’s reconnect with their bodies after childbirth, gradually rebuild strength and confidence, and support both physical and mental wellbeing as they transition into parenthood.
This group is suitable for up to walkers
Mums must have had their 6 week post-natal check
