LITTLE DIAMONDS

This class is for babies that have began crawling or actively moving and want to continue coming to classes.

We will explore a range of sensory moment introducing elements of movement, and sensory stimulation through swings, dips, rotation and inverts; all of which support your baby's physical, social and psychological development.

This term will include a themed week which will include themed class with a craft/decorative activity for you to take home.

The parents are just as important as the babies in this class, starting each week with a check-in and stretch, some very gentle core strengthening and a focus on relaxation techniques to complete the class.

You will also have the opportunity to discuss topics around parenting in our judgement free environment, while enjoying a warm cuppa and treat.

The classes are a perfect way to share a special time with your baby, meet other new parents, and relax whist developing your baby massage and yoga skills and it's many benefits.

Suitable for crawling babies

Mats will be provided.

Classes are friendly and non-judgemental, providing a calm and safe space for everyone involved.
